Co-founder of Togetherly · Relational Psychotherapist
I'm Cady, a psychotherapist, a partner, and a mum, which means I've lived a lot of what I work with. The juggle, the pressure, the moments where you love someone completely and still feel worlds apart.
I came to therapy myself, and what I found in that room changed me. Not just as a person, but in every relationship I have. I've never forgotten that. It's why I do this work.
That belief in what therapy makes possible led me to found Mynd, a Therapy and Wellness Centre in Bray, where a small, dedicated team of therapists and instructors support people every day. Building that community has only deepened what I know to be true: that the right support, at the right moment, changes things.
I spent years in the corporate world too, so I understand what it's like to live under that pressure of performance, and what it quietly does to the relationships closest to us.
My approach is integrative, which simply means I meet you where you are. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Compassion is at the heart of how I work. It creates safety for real curiosity, and curiosity is where change begins. However you show up, whoever you love, wherever you come from, whatever stage of life you're in, there's space for you here.
I co-founded Togetherly because I believe everyone deserves access to that. A simple, human space to understand yourself and the people you love, not just for you, but for every relationship you hold.
I'm really glad you're here.
